I got a bunch of these a couple years ago, this one expires this month so I need to use it soon.

Anyone have any experience processing fermented mash? I've made them into hot sauces before, so I'm curious to see if there's other fun things to do with it.

Or if you have a recipe for a sauce that you think would ge well with it, I'm all ears!

Snort it. Smoke it. Boof it.

    Country masochists make due.

Mix it with some sour cream and various herbs and/or seasonings to make a dip for a special occasion?

I love that everyone just came with variations of boof it or rail it. Great community.

  4. Even if it’s fermented, it was pasteurized or else that bag would be a rotten mess by now (you said you’ve had it a couple of years).

What kind of salsas do you like? This is enough mash to easily make a gallon of strong salsa. Carolina reaper does some magic stuff with mango. I’d start by blending a small amount with some mango, cilantro, vinegar, salt, and garlic and go from there.

Mix it with equal parts (or less) distilled white vinegar to make hot sauce

Mix it in some meatloaf, add it to chili, blend a little with some crema, lime juice, and cilantro to make a taco sauce

I’d probably cut with tomato paste and freeze for cooking. The. Just add a spicy tomato paste cube in and make some killer sauces

Make it into a hot sauce. It will keep for years in the fridge

THE BEST beef marinade for stew in your life used mash like that.
    1 cup vegetable oil
    3/4 cup soy sauce
    1/2 lemon of juice
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup Dijon mustard
    2 garlic cloves (minced)
    Salt and pepper
    2 tbsp of reaper mash
You chop your beef into big chunks, then get a plastic bag and mix your beef around with the marinade. Then let it sit for AT least 6 hours in the fridge. Then you take the rest of the reaper mash and shove it up your butt.

Homemade Mac and cheese. Mix it in with the cheese sauce before mixing with the noodles

  11. Add garlic, shallot, blueberries, and black cherries. Pasteurize it, then blend with your choice of vinegar. Add xanthan gun if needed to achieve your desired viscosity.

Expires? I wish people would start to ignore these dates and just store their food properly and then use common sense to know if somethings good or not.

Frozen this would last a decade or more probably.

Actual idea: I had pepper mash that was dehydrated on a chocolate bar, it was delicious

spoiler: you’re going to be using that as a colostomy bag later

Boil some water, put the mash in, and put your eyes right over the pot. (Just kidding obviously don’t do this please)
